b. Connected Accounts

When you link external platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), we collect: • OAuth tokens and associated metadata • Account identifiers (channel ID, username, etc.) • Limited permissions needed to post or retrieve analytics We never store your external account passwords.

c. Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect: • API and CLI activity logs • Browser type, IP address, and device info • Error logs and diagnostic data

d. Payment Data

Payments are handled by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to: • Operate and maintain QPost • Schedule and publish your content • Provide analytics and insights • Communicate with you about updates, outages, or billing • Prevent abuse and improve platform performance We do not sell or rent personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share limited data only when necessary: • Infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel, database hosts) • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) • Connected platforms you explicitly authorize (e.g., YouTube API) All partners and providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

• Account data is retained while your account is active. • OAuth tokens are deleted upon disconnection or termination. • Backups are retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes. You may request permanent deletion of your data by contacting us at arslan@qpost.dev.

We use: • HTTPS encryption for all communication • AES-256 encryption for stored tokens • Strict access controls and logging No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

QPost operates from Canada but may process data on servers located in other regions through our hosting providers (e.g., Vercel, AWS). We ensure data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and PIPEDA.
